This gorgeous rug features a traditional design in 200 knot natural silk. Every inch contains 200 knots! The white, geometric area is raised, creating a two-level, all cut pile rug against the deep, sensuous dark blue background. The pile height is 3mm and 5 mm. The thinner the rug, the finer it is. The natural silk (not artificial silk, or viscose) makes this rug extremely soft. Hand-made in Nepal by adults, the home of the world’s finest hand-knotted rugs.
