Splendor

This interesting, hand-knotted rug is made of sari silk, giving it a soft sheen. The irregular nature of the fiber lends an uneven surface to the rug, creating interesting shadows. The color is also variegated over the face of the piece. Splendor makes a beautiful accent piece, and it was featured in magazines around the world in articles on my then-reps at Rue Monsieur Paris.100 knots per square inch. Made in Nepal.
