By accessing or using the ESCAPE platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3. Premium Lifestyle Products and Bespoke Travel Services:
a. Product and Service Listings: The ESCAPE platform provides listings of premium lifestyle products and bespoke travel services. These listings are provided by third-party vendors and service providers. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of these products and services.
b. Booking and Payments: When you book a product or service through the ESCAPE platform, you agree to the terms and conditions set by the respective vendor or service provider. Payments for bookings are processed securely through our platform. We may collect a service fee for facilitating the transaction.
4. Intellectual Property:
a. ESCAPE Platform: The ESCAPE platform, including its design, layout, content, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property rights owned or licensed by the Company. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform without our prior written consent.
b. User Content: By submitting any content, such as reviews, comments, or photos, to the ESCAPE platform, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the platform.
5. Privacy and Data Protection:
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By using the ESCAPE platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the ESCAPE platform.
7. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the ESCAPE platform, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
