Every time we make a bar with tea and warm spices, it immediately becomes a factory favorite. We’re happy to report that Dirty Chai Latte continues this trend. We made our own blend of chai (cardamom, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a little black pepper to make it all pop), steeped it in cacao butter, then mixed it into Ugandan dark chocolate along with toasted coconut, coffee beans, and black tea. This bar is silky, gently spicy, and robust.
