Our Classic Baking Kit features our single origin, unroasted takes on baking chocolate staples.  It includes our rich and fruity single origin Tanzanian Cacao Powder, the bright and bold 100% Cacao baking chocolate, and our Classic Dark, a deep, dark, and fruity baking chocolate made with cacao from Zorzal Cacao, a farm within a bird sanctuary in the Dominican Republic.

All of our chocolate is certified organic, kosher, and non-GMO, as well as gluten, dairy, and soy-free.
